Joey Ride is a happy go lucky kinda guy. To him, life is a joy-ride and he stops off whenever he likes a place. He abandoned his studies to become an architect in favour of enjoying the student life without any of its rigours. He began to make a name for himself in the summer of 1998, when he started filming what went on behind closed doors at wild student-parties. The footage resulting from this would these days go under College Fuck Fest, a genre most popular in the United States and Australia, and now we know it has its roots in Zürich. When Joey's movies came to the attention of the student authorities, his enrolement papers were immediately confiscated. But with a well-made copy, he managed to immatriculate at Zurich University again in october 2002. The scam was discovered after only one semester of studying journalism, and not only did he get unceremoniously thrown out, he was banned from any university studies anywhere in Europe for ten years.

At present, Ride is planning to establish a porn-university in eastern Europe. He wants to enable the less intelligent and language talented young women to graduate in something. No more details are yet known. Only that French is going to be one of the required subjects. He's trying to raise the funds for this venture by working hard as a writer; among other things he writes for concepts for folkloric events and Czech silent movies.
