This website can be used without leaving any personal data. Those will only collected in connection with an order or video-on-demand service use. That's in particular name, delivery address, email address, IP address from where the order is sent and information about the means of payment. This data will not be shared with third parties except to the payment processor to process your payment, the distribution company to handle shipments, the tax advisor to fulfill tax duties and where it's required by law. The data is saved as long as required by bookkeeping and tax laws.
2. Requesting data/Correction/Deletion/Blocking
There is the right to receive personal data in electronic form and the right to block or delete data, latter as long as no legal requirements prevent it, for example tax requirements. A request to get the data, or to delete or block it can be sent by email. We reserve the right to ask for documents to confirm the identity and also if requests are excessive to ask an administrative fee. Personal data can be updated anytime online within the customer area. Changes will be visible immediately or within a reasonable time. We may keep all submitted data for backups, archives, security reasons, analyses or to fullfil legal requirements. Also if we believe legitimate reasons require it. In case of a dispute it's possible to contact the authorities.

All data collected from you will be protected with technical and organisational measures so they cannot be accessed by unauthorised third parties.

We use so called "Session Cookies" to be able to give you access to your account. The cookie data is not shared with third parties nor are they made accessible to third parties.
