About Speed
SPEED is for real men. You're not likely to find any guys out there who feel their cars are going too fast! However, quite a few girls are speed freaks too; one of them is Jessica Drake who plays the lead in this flick. She just did four years in the pen for speeding and hopes to fuel up her energy resources with her boyfriend. Turns out he's been dipping his piston into quite a few tanks while she was doing jail time. So Jessica looks for love elsewhere - and finds it with the local biker club (what would her probation officer think of that?). Despite the occasional fights and intrigue, she feels at home with these tough-as-nails boys and girls. Apart from her passion for hot rods, she also gets to live out another one of her favourite pastimes ...

One look at the gigantic cardboard box that houses this disc gives me the suspicion that something is not what it seems. But we've all learned not to judge a book by its cover, right? I can't say that I'm much of a motorbike fan either, so there are plenty of alarm bells going off in my head before the first viewing. The first sex scene took me by surprise because it lacked any kind of build-up - something that I feel is necessary, particularly in an adult feature film. Having said that, this is a purely subjective point of view, of course. Fortunately, the movie develops into an entertaining affair, mostly thanks to the breathtaking cast of more than 40 performers (the biker extras, however, don't add any aesthetic production value). It's a small flick with an epic cast that is bound to please speed freaks and porn fans alike. I still doubt that the XXL box was necessary but I'm sure the Wicked PR department has its own reasons for packaging the flick like that.
