A very peculiar film, produced by a 'real' lesbian. It's mainly about petting and passionate, cuddle sex, but there's time and space for the rougher stuff with the strap-on. Angie Dowling styled this in very bright colours and the cuts are fast and furious. TICK TOCK is certainly not aimed at a male audience but is well worth a look even for blokes. A fresh new look at lesbian love.

Director Dowling's sparkly, fresh-looking second lesbian-sex movie, like the first, uses the colourful vibe of london, where she lives, as backdrop and brings a bunch of full-blooded lesbians together in fleshly joy. Not quite as explicit as other 'lesbian' movies, but at least you don't get bisexual girls and they don't look like cloned californian Porn-starlets.

As a male watching this you shouldn't forget that Angie Dowling makes movies for lesbians or bi-sexually inclined women. It's very clear here. In MADAM & EVE that was less so. Here you get to see real lesbians living their erotic fantasies. Not suspenders and high heels are the focus but real feeling and enjoyment of homosexual intercourse to orgasm. It can be fun to watch for blokes, if you adjust your expectations accordingly. The scenes are a little lengthy at times, but Angie Dowling has created a fun movie, not least thanks to the cartoon-style direction.
