Peter Rabbit (Herschel Savage) is a shameless radio presenter in a small sleepy town somewhere in California. He's a master at getting his listeners out of bed with crude remarks. The audience is split between admiration and outrage at this permissive DJ. But only when some female listeners get into his pants does trouble truly start. Not only the broadcasting authority and angry feminists try to shut him up, there's also a jealous husband (Ron Jeremy) who wants his balls for garters.

Sex-comedy with critical undertones: Long before there was a Howard Stern did the porn-industry broach the subject of taboo-less radio. Very ironic and with a touch of criticism does director Bob Augustus settle his score with the prude and slightly sexually disturbed America and its moral double standards.
