About V - The Hot One
When Valerie (Annette Haven) is sexually assaulted by a farmer, her confused mother sends her away from the farm, wrongfully accusing her of being a whore. Valerie then ends ups with a lawyer who she later marries. But she never feels that her husband really gets her. To cope with her traumatic adolescence, she works in a bordello as a whore. Now she is nothing but a meat puppet to the johns who want to fuck her in every imaginable depraved way. Will Valerie ever find happiness?
Robert McCallum's movie depicts the merciless life of a whore in America!

Director Robert McCallum's V - THE HOT ONE aims to be both a hardcore porno as well as a serious look at the social environment of a whore. Starring the great Annette Haven, McCallum tells the story of a girl (V as in Valerie) who gets kicked out by her mom after a sexual abuse case and ends up in an unhappy marriage with a lawyer before she decides to become a whore. McCallum uses the first half of the story to line up the plot with great psychological insight and much seriousness, before focusing on the depraved going-ons in the bordello in the movie's second half. The list of erotic perversions is endless! Valerie's very first john is a drunk sociopath (played by Joey Silvera) and later in the story she even has to fuck her ex-husband's friend (Paul Thomas). And a mean son-of-a-gun he is too! As hot as these sex scenes might be, you do feel a bit sad for poor little Valerie - after all it wasn't her fault that her adolescence was screwed up and that she got robbed by her lover later on. McCallum is very good at manipulating the audience, dazzling us with insanely hot sex scenes one minute and clobbering us over the head with serious drama the next. Thanks to the Tabu label, we get treated to the excellent uncut original version of this movie (the edited theatrical version is also included). The German dubbing is rather hilarious, which is particularly evident in the cinema scene.
