According to my research, Scarlett Revell is a Spanish director living in London (sounds adventurous!). In any case, 'Harmony' tout her as the label's second female director - which is a bit odd, since Tanya Hyde (their first director) is actually a man (a famous fetish photographer hiding behind an alias for his porn work). So while I have my doubts about the true identity of the MIND FUCK director, the work itself is very powerful and highly entertaining. The sex scenes are not as weird as in Tanya Hyde's movies but that doesn't necessarily need to be a bad thing. There are still plenty of extravagant moments in MIND FUCK, mind you. Skin Diamond takes centre stage in MIND FUCK and does a great job. Newcummer Mae Myers is another personal favourite. On top of that, American fashion photographer Kim Preston delivers some stunning camera work. The sound quality, however, can't quite keep up with the top-notch visuals. Whoever this Scarlett Revell might be, I wanna know what she (or he) does next!
