BANGKOK CONNECTION is an old-school European feature film for adults, directed by Max Bellocchio. Which isn't exactly a good thing. Now that the Americans (and some young Europeans - like Roberto Valtuena - too) have made gigantic steps in the feature department, this poorly told Euro-effort feels rather antiquated (despite classy cast members like Aleska Diamond). There's not even a hot-blooded Asian babe (e.g. Franco-Vietnamese Katsuni) in this movie, even though the title kinda demands it. Worst of all, not even some truly hot sex scenes can make up for the limp script. Yet another disappointing Euro flick!
