This movie could also be called "Mike Adriano goes Prolapse". But let's start at the beginning: this double DVD includes five scenes (plus one bonus scene) in each of which three girls take care of Mike Adriano's cock. Like the title promises, the sex is heavy on the anal. There's some deep, hard cock-sucking too (as well as the odd vaginal penetration), but Adriano is much more interested in seeing (in the first scene) Sierra Day's massive and prolonged prolapse. Proxy Paige delivers the movie's other prolapse highlight and some of the other ladies also try hard at producing nice anal flowers. Unfortunately, the movie is somewhat slow and the anal scenes are not as long as I would have hoped for. A good title nevertheless.
