My fairly high expectations, around 4 stars, for EXPOSED JUSTINE were mainly fuelled by the names of the girls taking part, less by the name of the director Michael Ninn. I’ve had some mixed experiences with his works (his early work BIG SEX was a stroke of genius, but I found the lesbo-series DIVA very disappointing). This two-hour flick of the stylish-arty kind excels more through the clever sequence of images of beautiful female bodies than hot sex. The start of the movie takes some getting used to: all those hectic cuts and flickering blue light lighting in the first scene-proper, being fed by the reflections off the surface of the water of the pool. It only calms down a bit after half an hour. The piece de resistance must be the about 30-minute long scene in the middle. A summit meeting of three super-chicks: title heroine Justine (Justine Jolie aka Swan Hope), Charlie Laine and Jana Cova! To connoisseurs I need not say more. This scene deserves its four stars in any case and makes it all worth while. Well done, Mr. Ninn, but with this array of super-chicks you could, and should, have done a lot more! (Holger)
