You can tell that the makers of this movie had a distinct ambition: To show lesbian fantasies in more or less realistic surroundings, letting real lust surface. The orgasms in this flick are all believable and you never doubt them. Especially in the hospital-genre there are plenty of movies that are about as ridiculous and unrealistic as it gets. Not so with this. The female doctors look the part and behave 'right' too. The sex-toys that are used are not your cheap, run-of-the-mill toys but very medical-looking appliances. Another thing that I find important: The doctors don't just sit on the patient themselves within the first 5 minutes, they stand back and the satisfaction of the patient takes centre stage. The cast is around 30 to 40 years old and really 'let their hair down'. Personally, I found this movie one hell of a turn-on, especially because the typical hospital-clichees very much take a back-seat.
