A double DVD filled with anal-crazed US starlets who get butt-fucked by Mike Adriano. The title refers to Adriano's penchant for inspecting the girls' gaping sphincters with a speculum or a mini-camera. The girls are attractive, chesty and - from the looks of it - quite enthusiastic about receiving a 'colonoscopy'. The cumshots are always aimed at the girls' faces. As Mike is the sole male performer in this flick, there are unfortunately no double-penetrations (anal/vaginal) on display. It's a good movie overall, but the action does feel a bit by-the-numbers at times. In other words: there are no real highlights or standout moments in INSPECTOR ANAL.
