At the beginning of the movie, director Aiden Riley tells us that WHAT AN ASSHOLE is based on 'real events'. Well, the action certainly looks real enough - and hard enough. At the same time, the scenes look carefully crafted, which is probably due to the stellar line-up of professionals both in front and behind the camera. This might sound contradictory, but it sums up the movie quite nicely. The terrific opening scene with James Deen and Dana DeArmond is a good example of that. But there are plenty of other good moments too - this is an anal lover's paradise! Aiden Riley's camera work is fantastic, highly cinematic and one of the main reasons why you should see this powerful anal flick - even though there are no double penetrations or even threesomes in it.
