I should have read the text on the sleeve more carefully: 'Raw' doesn't describe the sex, it merely hints at the nature of the video footage in this movie - it's raw as in 'home-made', 'unedited'. My bad. Although I don't mind the occasional behind-the-scenes featurette, I can't say that I care much for a feature-length version of the same. At least that's what this movie feels like. I don't need to see Phoenix Marie without makeup and I don't care what Samantha Ryan does when she's not shooting. What takes the cake, though, is the scene in which the camera is set down on a table while the operator has sex. I'm sure there's an audience out there for this kind of product, but I'm definitely not part of it. My mind reels when I think about all the things one could shoot with such a cast ...
