About Homecoming
HOMECOMING revolves around frivolous family ties and the emotional turbulences they cause. Tony and Cora always wanted the perfect family, but somehow things didn't work out that way: their oldest daughter is a manic adulteress, their son is a sex-addicted transvestite and their youngest daughter cheats on her wealthy boyfriend with a lesbian. Quite a few lezzie labels have recently jumped onto the boy/girl bandwagon - Girlfriends Films is no exception (I smell a trend!). Personally, I don't mind at all, as I am not a big fan of lezzie sex to begin with. HOMECOMING is the name of this straight porno from Girlfriends Films and its directed by seasoned vet B. Skow (who appears to be somewhat lost with the subject matter at hand). The story revolves around family ties, or in other words: horny parents begetting horny kids who then go out of control. The conciliatory ending is a bit of a mystery to me, though (as is the whole of the movie); I am not sure if director B. Skow intended this to be a comedy or if he was actually serious about the moralistic tone of the movie ('we all love each other in the end'). Despite some boy/girl action, the movie does feature quite a number of lezzie scenes too; I'd say they are about evenly balanced, though. The action is not very spectacular and with the exception of an anal scene and a scene with a guy in a blond lady wig, there isn't much to write home about in this movie. Featuring good picture and sound quality, the movie does look quite okay - but compared to some of B. Skow's other movies, it's positively pedestrian. But maybe that's intentional? Who knows? I for sure don't, as I can't get into this flick. It neither tickles my brains nor my balls.
