In part three, Doktor Schmutz is still up for any kind of prank, and any kind of quick fuck - nice. Sadly there are no signs of improvement where the image quality is concerned, although I seem to be able to hear an improvment in the sound compared to previous episodes. A first, small step in the right direction?

Dries ups the ante in this third episode. Especially the scenes where he takes the rubber doll to a Belgian pub to dance are bound to enter the annals of porn-history. But mind you, the never-ending pranks and exaggerated character-flaws of this gynaecologist (even during the fucks) could start to annoy many a more conservative watcher fairly quickly.
