In a nutshell: a flick from Eastern Europe starring lots of pretty but emotionally detached girls who will do pretty much anything. The title of the movie is a bit misleading, though, since there is very little lingerie fetish in the scenes. As for the 'sexy' bit, well, you decide. I certainly didn't find the underwear in the first scene very exciting. It appears that the French have a different take on the word 'lingerie': for them it's merely underwear. In the English language, however, we think of 'lingerie' as sexy, skin-tight undies. Go look for them in this movie, you might find some in every other scene... at best.
