A married couple produces a sex flick and the result is...well, unspectacular. Or, more precisely, just like the average American imagines a couple-friendly porno. Neatly shot but filled with brain-numbing clichés. For example, I have no idea why the sound of chirping birds on the audio track is supposed to turn me (or anyone else, for that matter) on. Although there are no facials in this movie, there are plenty of close-ups of genitals (enough to make the whole show feel a bit cheap and, worse, conservative). In my mind, J. & W. Crawford's experiment is a failure. I can only hope that making this movie did something for their own relationship - cause it isn't bound to have an effect on anyone else's!
