About James Deen's 7 Sins: Pride
This episode of James Deen's series about the seven deadly sins revolves around pride. A vain girl (Casey Calvert) kneels on the ground in an empty room, her eyes blindfolded. Three masked lesbians (pornstars Dana DeArmond, Dana Vespoli and Phoenix Marie) surround her. Their masks depict the face of director/lead performer James Deen (who is actually watching the action via a computer screen and CCTV cameras). The girls fuck poor sinner Casey to bits with their strap-on dildos. Frankly speaking, the previous episodes in JAMES DEEN'S 7 SINS didn't do much for me - but this one (PRIDE) is actually quite commendable. Just like its predecessor, PRIDE is rather artsy. Thankfully, Deen ditches the overt symbolism of LUST and GLUTTONY and instead makes good use of his rather simplistic style and one good but very solid idea to create a mysterious, even ominous mood throughout the episode. Three lesbians (Dana DeArmond, Dana Vespoli and Phoenix Marie) wearing Deen's face as a mask fuck the hell out of sweet Casey Calvert with their strap-ons and eventually end up being penetrated themselves - by none other than Deen himself. The action becomes rather absurd when Deen cums over his own face (i.e. the girls' masks). It's a crazy idea that won't appeal to every porn fan - but it is nevertheless good entertainment! For fans of more conventional fare, the movie does offer plenty of ribald fucking without the Deen masks. And the big finale is a wild and totally depraved girl/girl orgy that needs to be seen to be believed! In terms of story and style, PRIDE is definitely the best entry in this mini-series so far!
