With few exceptions, this flick offers little more than the usual foot fetish staples. In other words: don't expect another work of genius from 'Red Light District', or you'll be disappointed. Consequently, the success of TOE SERVICE depends entirely on its cast – which is, I'm afraid, average at best. My personal favourite is clearly Scarlett Fay. The producers must have thought the same when they picked her for the cover.
