The quality of Kovi's movies depends on the amount of money he gets to shoot them. Although his 'Star Wars' spectacle for PRIVATE was quite impressive, it seems that Kovi lacks both imagination and enthusiasm when he has to work on a low budget. This flick is a case in point: a haphazard affair with zero redeeming values.
