After a promising beginning, ANIMAL TRAINER 27 culminates in a rather crass, no-nonsense hardcore orgy. It is particularly disappointing to see a guy like Omar Galanti - who is known for balancing nasty sex with some self-deprecating humour - fail miserably in a scene with the divine Janet Alfano. Even Steve Holmes seems strangely detached from the action (the only thing attached to him is his wedding ring). The movie's best performence is delivered by one of the girls: San Francisco S&M starlet Princess Donna. All in all, a brutal but also disappointing episode. The sound quality is generally quite good but the picture is hardly above average.
