It took a long time for this film to find its way into the editorial offices. And now I am the proud owner of a copy of VAMPIRES - I am gonna keep the movie now that I've got it. The film starts relatively sedate with the arrest of a young beauty - in prison she of course gets off with her cell-mates. But then - then fog rises, she grows vampire fangs and ravages the guard. And all this framed with effects. The second scene too has its surprise moments - for instance when Aiden Starr bites off her partner's cock and runs through the castle with the member. But, it must be said, if you're expecting a typical Rodney film à la "Goo Girls" you'll be disappointed.
