The great danger with pornographers who feel the call of higher/better things is always that it ends up looking a bit art-and craftsy. With VIRGINIE fuck-flick-aficionadoes don't need to worry: This 'Franco-porn' has very nice images and an enchanting athmosphere but the sex is nice and tough. The gay stuff being spread among the Hetero-action is a bit impractical for wanking purposes. By the way: Mélanie Coste is pure honey, like always!

Unless they made this movie for an audience of randy art-professors who'd surely appreciate the 'Crossover' and will come at the arty-farty concept.

I did like the sweet snow-white look at the outset, dreamy, fascinating. I also like the location and the cast are super. I am talking exclusively about the girls, bloke who shove a burning candle up their ass are just tasteless and not arousing in the least. Well tastes vary. If you like this confused and artificially heightened flick, you're bound to have an affinity for the surreal. Personally I find the movie has too much dialogue and not enough hot fuck-scenes. It seems French movies are quite generally not my thing...
